The ultimate authority and responsibility for the quality management system bears with the practitioner. At the same time, all staff, per diem personnel and any other person within the firm should comply with the provisions of this document unless a departure from rules is deemed necessary in the circumstances and the reasoning for such departure us properly documented and agreed with the firm’s partner.
The Managing Partner and anyone within the firm should comply with relevant ethical requirements and any additional local regulatory requirements.
The MPR has an expectation that all staff maintain current knowledge of the provisions. This will require all staff to assume personal responsibility for the periodic review of the contents of relevant requirements.
