Our partners are also subject to the CPE requirements of AICPA for every partner who signs and issues the reports purported to be prepared in compliance with AICPA auditing standards. This means that our engagement partners are also subject to AICPA CPE requirements.

Our partners are also subject to CPE requirements established by the state board of accountancy of each state, including the requirement related to the minimum number of ethics-related CPE credits. It is required to complete at least the minimum mandatory CPE hours. The compliance with these requirements is tracked using the NASBA CPE Audit tool. We keep CPE records for the most recent 5 years.
